How long does burnout recovery typically take?

Burnout recovery isn't a linear path, but a journey of healing and rebuilding that's often measured in months and sometimes years. This doesn't mean you won't feel like yourself until then! You'll start noticing improvements within weeks, gaining back energy and clarity.

Significant transformation usually occurs over 4-6 months, as you develop new strategies and resilience. Our goal is not just recovery, but empowering you to build sustainable habits that prevent future burnout and help you thrive long-term.

What if I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing is burnout?
